Zach
Founder & CEO
For the past 10 years, Zach has built his career in law enforcement around serving and protecting others. Dependable, driven, and deeply committed to doing things the right way, he brings that same sense of responsibility to every home entrusted to Island Estate Management.
Zach understands that allowing someone access to your home requires an incredible amount of trust. His attention to detail, ability to handle unexpected situations, and genuine desire to help others are at the heart of the way we care for our clients and their properties.
Originally from Central Illinois, Zach first visited Anna Maria Island with our family six years ago. Like so many who come here, it didn't take long for him to fall in love with the island and know it was somewhere we wanted to build a life.
When he's not working, you'll most likely find him spending time with Kelsey and their three children, enjoying the outdoors, or making the most of family time near the water.
For Zach, Island Estate Management is an extension of what he's always felt called to do: serve others, protect what matters, and be someone people can depend on.
Kelsey

For Kelsey, home and family have always been at the center of everything she does. As a wife and mom of three, she understands just how much a home can mean to a family—and why trusting someone else to care for it is such a personal decision.
With a background in healthcare and years spent caring for and serving others, Kelsey brings compassion, organization, communication, and a personal touch to Island Estate Management. She believes great service isn't just about getting a job done; it's about making people feel heard, cared for, and confident that the details are being handled.
After our family's first trip to Anna Maria Island six years ago, Kelsey fell in love with the island's slower pace, beautiful coastline, and family-centered feel. What started as a favorite family vacation destination quickly became a place that felt like home.
Kelsey's faith and family are the foundation of her life. She and Zach are raising their three children to love the Lord, love people, and understand the importance of serving others well—values that have naturally become part of the heart behind Island Estate Management.
Her goal is simple: to give every homeowner the kind of personal care, communication, and peace of mind she would want someone to give her own family.
